Construction of new substation in Fort McMurray. Work included site stripping, site grading, construction of access road, transformer and oil containment pits, and install of sub base and filter cloth, fencing, driven piles, and welded pile caps. Bulk excavation of 10,000 cubic metres from adjacent borrow pit for use in site.
